Eagleridge offers Aerobic classes free of charge to members. The Aerobics room is located on the second floor of the clubhouse.

Class formats and instructors are subject to change. Classes with 3 or less participants will be subject to cancellation.  All classes are 60 minutes unless otherwise noted.  You must sign up for theTuesday and Friday cycle classes no sooner than 6 days prior to the class.  Call the front desk to sign up!  No show’s will have a $10 fee charged to their account.

Personal Training

Eagleridge’s state of the art weight training center, is located on the lower level of the Eagleridge club house. The weight room is open during regular club hours.

BodyFit, a company specializing in personal fitness training, has certified and experienced personal trainers to help Eagleridge members meet their personal fitness goals. With BodyFit, each training relationship starts with a thorough assessment, a review of the individual’s current fitness level, and the custom creation of a fitness program to help clients succeed.
