Aerobic Classes
Eagleridge offers Aerobic classes free of charge to members. The Aerobics’ room is located on the second floor of the clubhouse.
Indoor Cycling Classes
Indoor Cycling classes are $3.00 per class. Punch passes are available at the front desk for $30.00 (11 classes). If you would like to attend a cycling class, please sign-up with the front desk. If you need to cancel your reservation, please call 48 hrs. in advance of your class time or you will be charged a "no-show" fee for full classes.

Abs Express: The name says it all, get ready to feel the burn! This is a 30 minute class.
Cardio Camp: Come prepared for a great cardiovascular workout!
Kickbox: Punch, jab, kick and sweat to this cardiovascular training that incorporates basic boxing techniques.
Step: Great cardio training!
Total Fitness: Cardio and Strength training combined into one class!
Yoga: Experience non-purist Yoga that integrates body and mind for total performance. This class combines strength and conditioning components to increase flexibility and relaxation. This class is appropriate for all ages and ftiness levels.
Super Sculpt: One word - hard!! We take 30 minutes and work you hard! The perfect mix of fat buring cardio and INTENSE strength training. Get ready to burn!
Kids Hip Hop and Kids Camp: These classes are for kids ages 8 - 12
