Lesson Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend your scheduled lesson, you must contact your Pro or leave a voice message by the night prior to your lesson or you will be charged. Late cancellation during prime court time will be charged a court fee.  Payments are handled through the front desk.

Eagleridge Summer Swim Programs 2009

Swimming Lessons

 

General Information Swim lessons are available to club members and non-members. Swim lesson sessions are two weeks in length. Lessons are held Monday – Friday for 25 minutes. Children must be at least 3 years old to register for swim lessons. If a child is not potty trained, they MUST wear a swim diaper. Parents are encouraged to stay and watch their child’s lesson from the EAST deck; however, please remain at least 10 feet back from the pool.

Cost

$45.00 for members - Member's account will be charged one week prior to the first swim lesson. A $10.00 service fee will be charged for swim lesson cancellations within seven days of the start of the swim session.

 

$50.00 for non-members - Payment for non-members is due at the time of registration. There will be a $10.00 service fee for cancellations within seven days of the start of the swim session.

Private Lessons:

Private swim lesons are available upon request. The cost for a private swim lesson is $30.00/student for a one-half hour lesson and $25.00/student for a one-half hour semi-private lesson.

Non-Competetive Swim Team

The Eagleridge non-competetive swim team will focus on conditioning, preparation for competitive swim team, and exercise for youth. Practice will be held Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:00am - 9:00am. The cost is $40.00/month for members and $50.00/month for non-members. If you are interested in signing up for the swim team, please call the club at 397-2582. 

 

 

Eagleridge Swimming Pool Hours

Summer swim hours will begin on Saturday, June 7th. However, children may swim only when there is a lifeguard on duty. A lifeguard will be on duty the following hours:

 

  • Monday – Friday    12:00pm – Close
  • Saturday               9:00am – 8:00pm
  • Sunday                  12:00pm – 5:00pm

There will we no open swim during swim lessons. Swim lessons are held Monday – Friday from 9:00am – 12:00pm.

Aerobic Classes

Eagleridge offers Aerobic classes free of charge to members. The Aerobics’ room is located on the second floor of the clubhouse.

 

Indoor Cycling Classes

Indoor Cycling classes are $3.00 per class. Punch passes are available at the front desk for $30.00 (11 classes). If you would like to attend a cycling class, please sign-up with the front desk. If you need to cancel your reservation, please call 48 hrs. in advance of your class time or you will be charged a "no-show" fee for full classes.

Abs Express:  The name says it all, get ready to feel the burn!

Cardio Camp:  Come prepared for a great cardiovascular workout!

Kickbox:  Punch, jab, kick and sweat to this cardiovascular training that incorporates basic boxing techniques. 

Step: Great cardio training!

Total Fitness: Cardio and Strength training combined into one class!

Yoga:  Experience non-purist Yoga that integrates body and mind for total performance. This class combines strength and conditioning components to increase flexibility and relaxation. This class is appropriate for all ages and ftiness levels.

 

 

Weight Training

 

Eagleridge’s state–of–the-art weight training center, is located on the lower level of the Eagleridge club house. The weight room is open during regular club hours.

 

BodyFit, a group specializing in personal fitness training, has trained professionally certified experienced personal trainers to help Eagleridge members meet their personal fitness goals. With BodyFit, each training relationship starts with a thorough assessment, a review of the individual’s current fitness level, and the custom creation of a fitness program to help clients succeed.  Package prices and additional information about BodyFit is available at www.bodyfitwellness.com, or you may contact Matt Neve or Lisa browning at (801)510-3479.
